The location is amazing. i loved that it was so close to volcano bay, and the walk to the universal parks was really nice! i also appreciated the early park access. It definitely made a difference. the constant free shuttles to the parks were a huge plus!
i found the lack of attention to detail from the front desk disappointing. i had to wait a really long time for my room after pre-checking in. i also wasn't given correct information about the payment, which caused some embarrassment.

i appreciated the shuttle buses to the parks. the hotel was convenient for souvenirs and had a Starbucks inside. we had a family suite and i liked having a refrigerator and microwave in the room. the hotel staff were very polite.
the coffee maker in my room did not work with k cups. the provided coffee tasted old. the pool was closed without notice. you must pay to use the lazy river inner tubes.

the location is very close to the parks, with frequent shuttle service departing approximately every five minutes. this made accessing the attractions quick and easy. the proximity greatly enhanced the overall experience.

I loved the variety of pools available. Plenty of space for everyone. food options were good. I especially enjoyed the atomic salad with chicken at atomic grille. the gym had a good selection of equipment. I saw treadmills, bikes, and weights.
The bowling alley was too busy. I needed reservations well in advance.

shuttle service to the parks were constant and very convenient. the staff was very friendly and helpful throughout the resort. i always got assistance when i needed it and the service was prompt.

The 50s-60s theme is well done. The colorful lobby and the vintage-style decor in the rooms felt fun.. and full of character. Our room was super clean. It had plenty of space for the whole family.
The canteen looked awful. We did not eat there. The rooms were basic and we were a bit squashed. It was ok for a week but I couldn't have stayed longer.
